This human IgG1 N297A isotype control antibody reacts with hen egg lysozyme and has low or no specific binding to any human sample. The N297A mutation prevents glycosylation and has a markedly decreased capacity to bind Fc receptors. This is a recombinant human IgG1 antibody produced in CHO cells.Specifications
