What's the Difference?
Our InVivoPlus™ antibodies feature all the great qualities of our InVivoMab™ antibodies with the added benefit of additional QC measures. InVivoPlus™ antibodies are screened for murine pathogens using ultrasensitive qPCR, screened for protein aggregation via dynamic light scattering, feature advanced binding validation via flow cytometry, ELISA, and/or Western blot, and are guaranteed to contain less than 1 endotoxin unit per milligram. Bio X Cell Goes Green!
Bio X Cell is excited to announce that we are transitioning to sustainable packaging! We have partnered with one of our vendors to create an environmentally-friendly packaging solution that maintains cold-chain integrity. Our new shipping boxes will be 100% curbside recyclable and biodegradable while retaining the same thermal properties as EPS.
Beginning in late spring, keep an eye out for our new cellulose-based boxes-- we hope you are as excited about them as we are!
Community Participation Program
Bio X Cell launched the Community Participation Program (CPP), a new initiative intended to encourage employees to be active contributors to the community we live in. With the CPP, all employees will have the opportunity to be paid for up to 16 hours of qualifying service per year.
The CPP is intended to support non-profits and Bio X Cell’s philanthropic areas of focus including mental and physical health, environment, arts and culture, and organizations that provide humanitarian support including disaster relief.
Employee Spotlight
Bernadina Webber
Bernadina works in our logistics department and oversees our inventory, post-production processing, documentation, and QC of all our antibodies. She joined Bio X Cell in May of 2012 after serving many years as a military spouse. Bernadina picked up a variety of skills and experiences during her years moving around with the Army. She worked for The University of Maryland overseas division as a field representative, as a logistics associate at an auto-parts manufacturer, and in the marketing department at an educational publishing company to name just a few.
