Product Description
The C1.18.4 monoclonal antibody (mouse IgG2a, κ) is ideal for use as a non-reactive isotype-matched control for mouse IgG2a, κ antibodies in immunoassays and other antibody applications. The C1.18.4 cell line originated from a spontaneous myeloma (X-5563) in a C3H mouse, and its specificity remains unknown. This allophycocyanin (APC)-conjugated version of the C1.18.4 antibody is useful as an isotype control with mouse IgG2a, κ antibodies for several immunoassays, including flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry (frozen), and immunohistochemistry (paraffin).
