InVivoMAbâ„¢ Functional Antibodies
Our InVivoMAbâ„¢ antibodies are specifically formulated for in vivo use. They feature greater than or equal to 95% purity, ultra-low endotoxin levels, and are preservative, stabilizer, and carrier protein-free. Many of our InVivoMAbâ„¢ antibodies can also be used for in vitro cell or tissue culture applications, and immunoassays including Western blotting, ELISA, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation. Please refer to the reported applications listed on the specific product pages to determine the application for which an antibody has been validated.
All InVivoMAbâ„¢ products are screened for purity and integrity via SDS-PAGE and guaranteed to contain less than 1 endotoxin units per milligram. If additional QC measures are desired, such as murine pathogen testing and binding validation, see our InVivoPlusâ„¢ antibodies.
InVivoPlusâ„¢ Antibodies
Bio X Cell offers InVivoPlusâ„¢ versions of our most popular InVivoMAbâ„¢ products. The InVivoPlusâ„¢ versions are structurally and functionally identical to InVivoMAbâ„¢ products. The difference lies in a superior level of scrutiny achieved by advanced quality control measures that will meet or exceed the strict demands and rigorous standards required for in vivo work at any research organization.

InVivoSIMâ„¢ Biosimilar Antibodies
Bio X Cell InVivoSIMâ„¢ Biosimilar Antibodies are research-grade biosimilar monoclonal antibodies. Each biosimilar antibody is produced using recombinant technology and incorporates the same variable region sequence as the original pharmaceutical drug.
Biosimilar antibodies allow researchers to benchmark a drug’s biological effects without needing to source expensive pharmaceutical-grade therapeutics. They can be used for many research applications, including in vivo studies, functional assays, flow cytometry, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, pharmacokinetic assays, and others.
InVivoSIMâ„¢ biosimilar antibodies are offered with the same purity and in vivo formulations Bio X Cell is known for. Our biosimilar antibodies are of exceptional quality and consistency. They are ultra-pure and free of preservatives, stabilizers, and carrier proteins, making them ideal for in vivo applications, including drug efficacy studies in humanized mouse models.
Recombinant Antibodies
RecombiMAbâ„¢ antibodies are recombinant antibodies engineered to support consistent, reliable performance across in vivo and translational research applications. Built from established clones, RecombiMAbâ„¢ antibodies retain the same antigen-binding specificity as their traditional counterparts, while incorporating mouse or human IgG constant regions in place of rat or hamster IgG. This design supports improved compatibility in mouse and humanized model systems and helps reduce immunogenicity that can complicate study interpretation.
RecombiMAb™ antibodies are available in multiple Fc-engineered variants designed to support controlled effector activity when needed. Every lot is produced to in vivo-ready quality standards, including ≥95% purity, ≤0.5 EU/mg endotoxin, low aggregation, and murine pathogen screening. Antibodies are preservative-, stabilizer-, and carrier protein-free, with binding validation performed to confirm target specificity. These attributes support reliable performance and help preserve biological signal across studies.
For research programs where reproducibility and long-term consistency are priorities, RecombiMAbâ„¢ antibodies provide a consistent foundation that supports continuity across cohorts, timepoints, and teams.
Isotype Control Antibodies
Bio X Cell offers a wide selection of isotype control antibodies. Choosing the correct isotype control antibody is an important part of most antibody-based experiments. Isotype controls must match the species and isotype of the primary antibody of interest but have no specificity for the target species.
Isotype controls serve as negative controls, making it easy for the researcher to differentiate between nonspecific background effects or signal and specific effects of the antibody of interest. This type of control is especially important to include in in vivo or in vitro blocking/neutralization/depletion/activation experiments when the readout is a phenotypic change. Our isotype controls are ready for in vivo administration, as no preservatives or stabilizers are added, and endotoxin levels are ultra-low.

Bispecific Antibodies
Bispecific antibodies are engineered to bind two distinct targets simultaneously, enabling mechanisms that traditional monoclonal antibodies cannot, including immune-cell redirection, dual checkpoint modulation, and precise tumor targeting. As one of the fastest-growing therapeutic modalities, Bispecific antibodies are redefining translational and preclinical research by providing more predictive models of human disease.
Bio X Cell provides a complete suite of bispecific tools to support every stage of translational development, from discovery through validation and scale-up.
- Murine Bispecific Antibodies: Designed for preclinical mouse models to enable accurate mechanism-of-action and efficacy studies.
- Human Bispecific Biosimilars: Ideal for clinical benchmarking and head-to-head comparison with next-generation therapeutic candidates.
- Custom Bispecific Engineering Services: Flexible design, scalable production, and expert technical support to accelerate your bispecific antibody program.
Fab and F(ab’)₂ Fragments
Bio X Cell offers both ready-to-ship and custom Fab and F(ab’)₂ fragments generated from validated in vivo antibodies, preserving antigen specificity while eliminating Fc-driven effector functions. This enables a new generation of targeted delivery, in vivo cell therapy, and precision conjugation applications.
Fab fragments provide an efficient platform for targeted payload attachment and delivery, particularly in emerging gene therapy and RNA delivery technologies. Their compact size and Fc-free architecture reduce steric hindrance and eliminate Fc-mediated immune interactions, allowing precise targeting of delivery vehicles to specific cell populations. These properties make Fabs especially well suited for conjugation to lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) carrying mRNA, siRNA, and gene editing payloads, helping improve delivery efficiency while minimizing off-target uptake.
Fragments are produced to the same in vivo-ready standards as full-length Bio X Cell antibodies:
- ≥95% purity
- ≤1 EU/mg endotoxin
- Carrier- and preservative-free
- Low aggregation for consistent performance
