InVivoMAb™ Functional Antibodies
Our InVivoMAb™ antibodies are specifically formulated for in vivo use. They feature greater than or equal to 95% purity, ultra-low endotoxin levels, and are preservative, stabilizer, and carrier protein-free. Many of our InVivoMAb™ antibodies can also be used for in vitro cell or tissue culture applications, and immunoassays including Western blotting, ELISA, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation. Please refer to the reported applications listed on the specific product pages to determine the application for which an antibody has been validated.
All InVivoMAb™ products are screened for purity and integrity via SDS-PAGE and guaranteed to contain less than 1 endotoxin units per milligram. If additional QC measures are desired, such as murine pathogen testing and binding validation, see our InVivoPlus™ antibodies.
InVivoPlus™ Antibodies
Bio X Cell offers InVivoPlus™ versions of our most popular InVivoMAb™ products. The InVivoPlus™ versions are structurally and functionally identical to InVivoMAb™ products. The difference lies in a superior level of scrutiny achieved by advanced quality control measures that will meet or exceed the strict demands and rigorous standards required for in vivo work at any research organization.

InVivoSIM™ Biosimilar Antibodies
Bio X Cell InVivoSIM™ Biosimilar Antibodies are research-grade biosimilar monoclonal antibodies. Each biosimilar antibody is produced using recombinant technology and incorporates the same variable region sequence as the original pharmaceutical drug.
Biosimilar antibodies allow researchers to benchmark a drug’s biological effects without needing to source expensive pharmaceutical-grade therapeutics. They can be used for many research applications, including in vivo studies, functional assays, flow cytometry, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, pharmacokinetic assays, and others.
InVivoSIM™ biosimilar antibodies are offered with the same purity and in vivo formulations Bio X Cell is known for. Our biosimilar antibodies are of exceptional quality and consistency. They are ultra-pure and free of preservatives, stabilizers, and carrier proteins, making them ideal for in vivo applications, including drug efficacy studies in humanized mouse models.
RecombiMAb™ Antibodies
Our RecombiMAb™ antibodies are recombinant monoclonal antibodies with identical antigen binding variable domains as the traditional clones that they are derived from, but the IgG constant regions have been switched from rat or hamster IgG to mouse or human IgG.
This results in reduced immunogenicity in mouse models or humanized mouse models. Select RecombiMAb™ antibodies are also available in multiple Fc-silenced versions. Our RecombiMAb™ antibodies feature greater than or equal to 95% purity and are preservative, stabilizer, and carrier protein-free. RecombiMAb™ antibodies are screened for murine pathogens, screened for protein aggregation, and feature binding validation via Immunoblot and are guaranteed to contain less than 1 endotoxin unit per milligram.
Isotype Control Antibodies
Bio X Cell offers a wide selection of isotype control antibodies. Choosing the correct isotype control antibody is an important part of most antibody-based experiments. Isotype controls must match the species and isotype of the primary antibody of interest but have no specificity for the target species.
Isotype controls serve as negative controls, making it easy for the researcher to differentiate between nonspecific background effects or signal and specific effects of the antibody of interest. This type of control is especially important to include in in vivo or in vitro blocking/neutralization/depletion/activation experiments when the readout is a phenotypic change. Our isotype controls are ready for in vivo administration, as no preservatives or stabilizers are added, and endotoxin levels are ultra-low.

Bispecific Antibodies
Bispecific antibodies are engineered to bind two distinct targets simultaneously, enabling mechanisms that traditional monoclonal antibodies cannot, including immune-cell redirection, dual checkpoint modulation, and precise tumor targeting. As one of the fastest-growing therapeutic modalities, Bispecific antibodies are redefining translational and preclinical research by providing more predictive models of human disease.
Bio X Cell provides a complete suite of bispecific tools to support every stage of translational development, from discovery through validation and scale-up.
- Murine Bispecific Antibodies: Designed for preclinical mouse models to enable accurate mechanism-of-action and efficacy studies.
- Human Bispecific Biosimilars: Ideal for clinical benchmarking and head-to-head comparison with next-generation therapeutic candidates.
- Custom Bispecific Engineering Services: Flexible design, scalable production, and expert technical support to accelerate your bispecific antibody program.
ReadyTag™ Anti-Tag Antibodies
Recombinant proteins are often produced in vitro with a small antigenic sequence to which an antibody can bind specifically. The most commonly used of these tag epitopes include polyhistidine tag, HA tag, c-myc tag, as well as proteins like GFP and GST.
Anti-tag antibodies are useful for applications including Western blotting, ELISA, flow cytometric analysis, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation when working with tagged proteins. Our ReadyTag™ anti-tag antibodies are specifically formulated for in vivo use. They feature greater than or equal to 95% purity, ultra-low endotoxin levels, and are preservative, stabilizer, and carrier protein-free.
