Product Description
This Glofitamab biosimilar antibody uses the same variable regions as the therapeutic antibody Glofitamab, making it ideal for research use. Glofitamab is a humanized bispecific IgG1 monoclonal antibody that simultaneously targets human CD3 on T cells and human CD20 on B cells. Its unique 2:1 configuration (two CD20-binding arms and one CD3-binding arm) enhances avidity for CD20-positive tumor cells while enabling potent T-cell engagement and cytotoxic activity. By bridging CD3 and CD20, Glofitamab promotes immunological synapse formation, T-cell activation, cytokine release, and selective killing of malignant B cells. Clinically, Glofitamab has demonstrated strong efficacy in relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and provides sustained tumor responses even in patients previously exposed to CAR-T therapy. This Glofitamab biosimilar is well suited for studying T-cell redirection, tumor cell killing, B-cell malignancy biology, and the mechanistic basis of IgG-like bispecific antibody therapeutics.
