Product Description

This Epcoritamab biosimilar antibody uses the same variable regions as the therapeutic antibody Epcoritamab, making it ideal for research use. Epcoritamab is a full-length bispecific IgG1 antibody that simultaneously targets human CD3 on T cells and human CD20 on B cells. By engaging CD3 and CD20, Epcoritamab redirects and activates T cells against malignant B cells, promoting synapse formation, T-cell activation, cytokine release, and targeted tumor-cell killing. Unlike earlier bispecific formats, this IgG-based architecture provides extended half-life, efficient T-cell engagement, and potent in vivo activity. Clinically, Epcoritamab has demonstrated significant efficacy in relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and works through direct T-cell–mediated cytotoxicity rather than Fc-dependent mechanisms. This Epcoritamab biosimilar is well suited for investigating T-cell redirection, CD3/CD20 synapse biology, B-cell malignancies, immune-cell cytotoxicity, and the mechanistic basis of bispecific antibody therapies.
