Product Description
This Odronextamab biosimilar antibody uses the same variable regions as the therapeutic antibody Odronextamab, making it ideal for research use. Odronextamab is a fully human IgG4-based bispecific antibody that simultaneously targets human CD20 on B cells and CD3 on T cells. By binding CD20 and CD3, Odronextamab redirects T cells to CD20-expressing B cells and malignant B cells, promoting immune synapse formation, T-cell activation, cytokine release, and targeted cytotoxicity. This T-cell–engaging mechanism enables killing of CD20-expressing target cells independent of native antigen presentation and provides a valuable approach for studying T-cell redirection in B-cell malignancies. CD20 is expressed throughout much of B-cell development and is maintained on many malignant B cells, making it an important target in B-cell lymphoma research. This Odronextamab biosimilar is well suited for studying T-cell redirection, CD20-targeted cell killing, B-cell biology, lymphoma immunotherapy, and for benchmarking the therapeutic antibody's mechanism of action in pre-clinical experimental systems.
