Product Description
CPB512 is a 2+2 symmetric tetravalent bispecific engineered to simultaneously target mouse programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1, CD274, B7-H1) and mouse cytotoxic T-lymphocyte associated protein 4 (CTLA-4, CD152) proteins. CPB512 contains the murine IgG2a constant region to regulate effector function such as Fc receptor binding and complement activation—and reduce immunogenicity and the formation of anti-drug antibodies (ADAs) in mouse models. This bispecific was designed to block two major immune checkpoint molecules involved in suppressing the immune response against tumors. Anti-PD-L1 x anti-CTLA-4 bispecific antibodies enhance anticancer immunity by synergistically boosting T cell activation and relieving checkpoint-mediated immunosuppression in both lymphoid tissues and the tumor microenvironment.
