Product Description
CPB502 is a 1+1 bivalent bispecific structured after Epcoritamab but engineered to simultaneously target mouse CD20 and mouse CD3. CPB502 contains the murine IgG2a constant region to reduce immunogenicity and the formation of anti-drug antibodies (ADAs) in mouse models and LALA-PG Fc-silencing mutations to abolish antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) while minimizing Fc-driven off-target toxicity. This bispecific is designed as a CD20-directed CD3 T-cell engager to promote the activation and recruitment of cytotoxic T-cells to cells expressing murine CD20, resulting in T-cell –mediated killing of CD20+ cells.
