Product Description
CPB537 is a recombinant 1+1 bivalent T-cell–redirecting bispecific antibody designed to simultaneously bind mouse CD3ε and mouse CD19. By physically engaging CD3-positive effector T cells with CD19-expressing B-lineage target cells, this bispecific is intended to promote localized T-cell activation, immunological synapse formation, and CD19-directed cytotoxic activity in mouse in vitro and in vivo studies. The LALA-PG Fc substitutions eliminate binding to Fcγ receptors and C1q, reducing Fc-mediated effector functions, nonspecific immune-cell engagement, and complement activation while preserving the molecule’s target-dependent bridging mechanism. Use of the mouse IgG2a isotype prevents anti-drug immune responses in immunocompetent mouse models, enabling more interpretable repeat-dose pharmacology, efficacy, and tolerability studies. This reagent is suitable for mechanistic studies of T-cell redirection, CD19-positive B-cell depletion, bispecific-antibody pharmacology, and efficacy or safety evaluation in immunocompetent murine models.
