Product Description
This non‑therapeutic bispecific biosimilar antibody uses the same variable regions as the therapeutic bispecific Talquetamab, making it ideal for research use. Talquetamab is a humanized IgG4 bispecific T‑cell engager (BiTE) that targets GPRC5D, a receptor highly expressed on multiple myeloma cells, and CD3ε on T cells. It redirects T cells to form a cytotoxic synapse with GPRC5D-positive tumor cells, triggering perforin- and granzyme-mediated apoptosis of malignant plasma cells.
