    Sep 19, 2020

~Tim Keane, COO of Bio X Cell In the spring of 2019, Bio X Cell established a charitable fund, known as the Bio X Cell Fund. The focus of this fund is to make the world a better place by supporting organizations that address mental and physical health, the environment, arts and culture, and provide humanitarian support including disaster relief.   The Bio X Cell fund is managed by the Bio X Cell Philanthropy Committee consisting of the following board members: Klaus Lubbe (Chairman), Tim Keane (Vice Chairman), Bernadina Webber (Secretary), Gary Reed, Lauren Phelps and Devin Silovich. The Philanthropy Committee welcomes input from Bio X Cell employees and takes their suggestions into consideration when determining gift allocation.     The Bio X Cell Fund is administered by the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation and provides supports to qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations in the following ways:   Operational Support- Multi-year grants given to a single organization in support of their overall mission. Project Support- Smaller donations for a single event.Ā  Project support will also include the matching contributions that Bio X Cell gives for employee donations of more than $250. Disaster Relief - to aid organizations providing disaster relief to individuals and communities.   Bio X Cell is proud to have the opportunity to give back through the Bio X Cell Fund. It is our hope that in so doing, we can make a difference in our local community and beyond. To learn more about the organizations the Bio X Cell fund has supported, please click here.
